What to Expect
An in depth interview with you starts the session. This discussion lets Donna get a feel for you and your needs. By understanding your personality type and specific goals, Donna is able to hypnotize you successfully, assuring that your goals are easily met. This conversation is followed by relaxing you and deepening that relaxation to a place where suggestions take hold. Your own beneficial desires are introduced during this hypnotic state. It is here the changes take place. You are then gently guided back to your natural state.
